About

I grew up in NY and didn't start running until late in high school when a friend convinced me that it was the best way to get in shape. Although I finished almost DFL in my first race, I fell in love with the team camaraderie of the sport and the feeling of pushing myself to be better.

After HS, I ran for the University at Buffalo's NIRCA running club which gave me the ability to run in any type of weather rather than hop on the dreadmill. Following a brief stint with triathlons, I shifted the primary focus back to running when I moved to Seattle in late 2020 and have loved everything that the running and outdoor community has to offer in the PNW. Joining CNW gave me the team environment I had been missing when it comes to running and helped make workouts more fun.

When I'm not running, I'm an aerospace engineer but my passion has always been sports and the outdoors so you'll usually find me trying to figure out a way to get back outside. I'm also a RCCA certified running coach and love working with my athletes to help them achieve their goals
