I am a Seattle native and grew up as a competitive swimmer, including 4 years competing at Emory University. Running used to be cross-training for swimming, now it is the reverse. Prior to 2022 when I started training with CNW, I mostly trained alone. I am enjoying making friends and testing myself at different distances. My husband and I live in Ballard with our two young kids.
