Wednesday Morning’s do the same workout as the Wednesday Night group. Workout details can be found on the official CNW workout calendar and at the link below to Coach Tom’s website. The workouts on Coach Tom’s website match the official CNW workout calendar, but more details and paces are provided.

Overview

Wednesday morning workouts are open to all club members and offers a morning workout series to those who prefer mornings or cannot attend the evening workouts. You do not need to be accepted into Wednesday Nights to attend Wednesday Mornings. The current meeting location is the Green Lake Track. The regular attendees will review the workout and help organize by pace groups before beginning. The planned workout is published in the club workout calendar.

LOCATION & SCHEDULE

Location: Green Lake Track (where there are reliable bathrooms!)

Time: The workout starts at 6:00am on Wednesday morning. It is recommended to arrive by 5:45am (or earlier) to warm up.
